Rajan Thapa

Rajan Thapa is a National Project Manager at WWF Nepal since May 2023 and a Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Science, Patan Multiple Campus, since September 2016. With extensive experience in climate action and environmental management, Rajan has held key positions including Climate Action Advisor at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) and Climate Change Expert roles at Oxford Policy Management and WWF Nepal. Rajan's expertise encompasses vulnerability and risk assessments, project design for environmental initiatives, and strategic leadership in various organizations such as Clean Energy Nepal and Clean Air Asia. Rajan is currently pursuing a PhD in Climate Change and Sustainability at EUCLID University, following a Master's degree in Environment Education and Sustainable Development from Kathmandu University.
