Selwyn Willoughby

Selwyn Willoughby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental and information management. Currently serving as Executive: Integrated Ecosystem Development at Atlantis Special Economic Zone for Green Technologies, Selwyn also holds the position of Programme Delivery Lead at WWF South Africa. Previously, Selwyn led projects with the City of Cape Town as Programme Lead at WCEDP and provided independent consulting services as an Information Strategist. Selwyn co-founded Refleqt Information Management Services, contributing to data management for decision-making, and served as the BIOPAMA Technical Advisor at IUCN, focusing on biodiversity data support. Selwyn's career began at the South African National Biodiversity Institute, where responsibilities included directing biodiversity information management, alongside earlier roles in GIS within the City of Cape Town. Selwyn holds a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from UWC.
