Chris Franklin

Chris Franklin began their work experience as a Teaching Assistant/Grader at the University of South Alabama in August 2002, where they worked until August 2004. Chris then worked as a Meteorologist at KSNT Channel 27 & KTMJ Fox 43 from September 2004 to July 2005. Chris later joined WVUE FOX 8 News in July 2005 and served as a Meteorologist until November 2015. From November 2015 to June 2017, they worked as a GIS Analyst/Planner at Pond & Company, where they focused on CAD to GIS conversion projects and military facilities planning. Finally, Chris is currently employed as the Chief Meteorologist at WWL-TV since June 2016.

Chris Franklin attended Brother Martin High School from 1996 to 2000. Following high school, they enrolled at the University of New Orleans from 2000 to 2002, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
