Seung Hee Lee is a highly experienced epidemiologist and educator, currently serving as Team Lead and lead epidemiologist for fruits and vegetables at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since July 2013. With a strong academic background, Seung Hee has held adjunct professor positions at both Georgia State University and Tulane University, and has authored the book "Everyday Korean: Fresh, Modern Recipes for Home Cooks," published in November 2017. Seung Hee's previous experience includes roles as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer, a consultant for the World Bank, and a lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, where significant contributions were made to public health education. Seung Hee earned a Ph.D. in International Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, addressing obesity prevention. Research experience includes work with the Korea Food and Drug Administration on food labeling standards.
