Victor Debouchel

Victor deBouchel has a diverse work experience in the education industry. Victor started their career as an Educator and Coach at Brother Martin High School from 1993 to 1998. Victor then worked as a Sales Representative at Pearson North America from 1998 to 2003. At Cengage Learning, they held multiple roles including Senior Digital Solutions Manager from 2003 to 2010 and Enterprise Account Manager from 2010 to 2013. During their time at Cengage Learning, they exceeded sales goals and led a team of sales representatives. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Sales and Product Manager at Macmillan New Ventures, where they oversaw a salesforce and presented at technology conferences. Currently, they are the Regional Director for Inclusive Access - Instructional Design and Media Specialist at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc., where they specialize in sales and support for eLearning products and collaborates with regional managers for product development.

Victor deBouchel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. Victor also holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University. Before their university education, Victor deBouchel attended Brother Martin High School.
