Debbie Ramos (She/Her)

Debbie Ramos (She/Her) has held a variety of roles in product development and marketing since 1997. Debbie began their career at RICKY'S NYC as a Product and Marketing Manager in 1997. In 2004, they moved to Northside Development as a Product Marketing Manager. Debbie then joined Carol's Daughter as Director of Product Development in 2005. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Beauty Industry Consultant for Product Development and Brand Marketing. After that, they joined HCT Packaging Inc. as Director of Product Sales and SR. Manager, Product Development. In 2015, they became AVP Product and Packaging Development and Executive Director, Product Development and Packaging at Temptu. In 2017, they moved to Fusion Packaging - Beauty Lab Formula Division as Executive Director of Product Development. Most recently, they accepted the role of Executive Director Business Development at Studio360Labs in 2021 and Vice President of Product Development at WWP Beauty in 2022.

Debbie Ramos attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they studied Communication and Marketing.
