Marc Baliotti

Mr. Baliotti is a Senior Managing Director at AE Industrial and is primarily focused on managing the firm’s Structured Solutions strategy. Mr. Baliotti currently serves on the Board of Directors of AE Industrial portfolio companies: Seanair and Fire Team Solutions. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2018, Mr. Baliotti spent over 13 years at GSO Capital Partners where he was a Managing Director in the Performing Credit Group. While at GSO, Mr. Baliotti led the investment team that partnered with AE Industrial to form Global Jet Capital. Mr. Baliotti was also involved in GSO’s debt financing of AE Industrial’s acquisition of Belcan. Mr. Baliotti has served on the Board of Directors of 14 companies, including the Global Jet Capital investment committee. Previously, Mr. Baliotti was with Morgan Stanley, DLJ Merchant Banking and AIG Highstar Capital.
