Title: Marketing Associate

Hours M/F 1pm-3pm and T 11:30-3pm est

Reports to: COO

Direct reports: Communications Committee

Responsibilities :

Reports to COO

Oversees communications committee

Creates branded marketing campaigns

Manages media contacts

Writes press releases

Promotes podcast and other national initiatives

Oversees year long marketing campaign calendar

Updates weekly Nationwide call presentation

Manages weekly newsletter

Works in a variety of fundraising platforms including Little Greenlight, Eventbrite, etc.

Qualifications:

Detail oriented writer

Proficient in creating slideshows and marketing materials in a variety of applications

Understands the importance of inclusive language in all DofD materials.

Able to consistently adhere to deadlines.

Collaborative mentality

Able to take direction

Able to translate marketing campaign ideas into actionable steps for communication committees

Time Commitment:

7.5 hours per week, remote
