Kristi Hines

Kristi Hines is an accomplished healthcare professional and entrepreneur, currently recognized as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women through the Women's Executive Network since November 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Hines Health Services Inc. since May 2012, Kristi has led the organization to specialize in medical and occupational services, earning accolades such as the 2019 Alberta Chamber of Commerce Business Award of Distinction. Kristi has also served on the inaugural Board of Directors for the Wood Buffalo Economic Development Corporation and held the position of President at CMD Hines Health Services LP from May to December 2023. Previous roles include Board Chair of the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce and Occupational Health Nurse at Syncrude Canada Ltd. Kristi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Occupational Health Nursing from St. Lawrence College.
