Shawn Patterson

Shawn Patterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and digital marketing. As the Owner of K12 Media since 2016, Shawn specializes in developing digital marketing solutions for school districts, enhancing communication with families and the community. With a long-standing role as a Teacher at Wyandotte Public Schools, Shawn has been instrumental in orchestrating fundraisers and promoting enrollment, generating significant annual revenue. Previous experience includes serving as the Owner/Broker at FAMILY SUPPORTS, LLC, and as the Administrative Director of Camp Tuhsmeheta, where Shawn managed a summer camp for visually impaired children. Additionally, Shawn has held positions as a Special Education Teacher in Lincoln Park Public Schools and as a Special Needs Coordinator at Eastern Michigan University. Shawn holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Oakland University and Eastern Michigan University, respectively, along with an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Henry Ford College.
