Rita Baltazar

Rita Baltazar is the Founding Partner of WYcreative and Director of WYgroup, a Portuguese digital marketing consulting services holding Group. Rita was a Partner Co-Founder & CEO at By, managing interactive brands across various platforms. Rita also served as the Vice-President of Clube Criativos de Portugal, a member of ADC*E Art Directors Club of Europe. With a background in graphic design at HAVAS (Euro RSCG), Rita has worked on projects for top Portuguese brands. Their education includes a Kellogg|Católica Advanced Management Program from Northwestern University and executive education programs in Branding, Brands Management, and Negotiation from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, as well as a degree in Communication Design from IADE.
