Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong background in diversity recruiting and program management. Currently serving at Wyld since August 2023, Matthew previously held a similar role at Thesis Agency, focusing on diversity efforts for the Nike Partnership. Matthew’s experience also includes advising students at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business, where responsibilities involved growth guidance and industry engagement for the Sports Product Management Program, as well as serving as Director of Athlete Engagement at Blaq Athlete, concentrating on empowerment within the sports community. Matthew's earlier roles at Baylor University included Academic Coach and Learning Specialist, supporting athletics while also actively participating as a Division 1 athlete. Matthew holds a Master of Education in Sport and Fitness Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Tulsa.
