Robin Hoeltke, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in payroll and HR management. From 2002 to 2013, Robin worked as the Human Resources Payroll Benefits Manager at PCB Piezotronics, where they managed a team and provided leadership and support in HR policies and procedures. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Payroll Supervisor at National Fuel Gas Company, overseeing payroll processing and tax returns. From 2014 to 2015, Robin was a Payroll Specialist III at ADP Inc., responsible for processing complex payrolls. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at The University at Buffalo Foundation, managing a staff and ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefit administration. Most recently, Robin held roles at Supplemental Health Care, starting as the Payroll and Billing Manager from 2018 to 2021, and then as the Director of Payroll and Billing from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Robin holds the position of Director of Payroll at Wynden Stark, starting in April 2022.

Robin Hoeltke attended Canisius College in 1994, where they studied accounting. They obtained certifications in Human Resources, including becoming a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in January 2014 and obtaining the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2017.
