Henry Chan possesses extensive experience in hotel management, with a career spanning over two decades in various general manager roles at prestigious hotel brands. Since April 2017, Henry has been the General Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Macau, overseeing a five-star resort with a high occupancy rate. Previous appointments include leading Grand Coloane Resort, where significant improvements in guest satisfaction and profitability were achieved, and managing various Wyndham properties where successful openings and rebranding initiatives were completed. Henry’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management from Melbourne Polytechnic, along with a certificate from Holiday Inn University and a Mariner Certificate from the Macau Marine and Water Bureau.
