Joonaun Ooi

JoonAun Ooi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as President for Asia Pacific at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since July 2013, having also held the position of President & Managing Director for South East Asia & Pacific Rim and Vice President of Openings & Operations for Greater China. Prior to Wyndham, JoonAun Ooi worked at Hilton Worldwide from August 2009 to March 2013 as Vice President for Strategy & Hotel Openings, and previously as Vice President for Hotel Openings, both roles focused on the Asia Pacific region. JoonAun Ooi’s career also includes significant positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and Accenture, as well as a leadership role at The Boston Consulting Group. JoonAun Ooi holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
