Matthew West has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development, with roles in various hospitality companies such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Real Hospitality Group, and HIT Training Ltd. Prior to their HR roles, Matthew worked as Cabin Crew for British Airways and Japan Airlines, where Matthew demonstrated exceptional customer service and leadership skills. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Hospitality and Tourism) from the University of South Australia, as well as diplomas in International Hotel Management and Culinary from ICHM.
