Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since 2015, Richard previously held the role of Vice President of Operations within the same company. Prior to that, Richard was the Head of Research and Development at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from 2012 to 2015.
