Erica Butler

Erica Butler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erica started their career at APP Pharmaceuticals in 1997 as a Packaging Supervisor/ Industrial Engineer and worked there until 2003. Erica then joined Smiths Medical as an Assembly Manager, where they stayed until 2011. In 2011, Erica joined Wynright Corporation as a Plant Manufacturing Manager, and later served as an Industrial Engineer/ Business Analyst and then as a Director of Production Control. In 2017, they briefly worked as an IET Visiting Lecturer at Purdue University Northwest.

Erica Butler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
