Kevin Castro is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development, digital marketing, and business growth. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Encora Inc. and a Software Developer at Wynwood House, Kevin also holds the position of Jefe de Growth at mono media, where strategic consultancy was established. As the CEO and Founder of Kollect, Kevin developed automated online lead generation and customer service solutions. Prior roles include leading digital marketing at LaWeb.pe, consulting for Latina.pe, and enhancing digital strategies at Vida Grupo Inmobiliario. Kevin graduated with a degree in Literature from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2014.
