Shana Matz

Shana Matz is an experienced educator currently serving as an Innovation Teacher and Instructional Coach at Wyomissing Area School District since August 2020, focusing on a STEM-based course for middle school students while also coaching in an elementary K-4 setting. Previously, from August 2003 to June 2020, Shana worked as a Math and Technology Specialist, primarily teaching 5th and 6th grade with a concentration in math. Shana holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching with a minor in Mathematics from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Wilkes University. Additionally, Shana is pursuing a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship with the Science Research Institute at Albright College, starting in August 2021.
