Vinod Subramanian

Vinod Subramanian has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Vinod is currently the Head of Compliance at Wysa, where they are involved in product design and development, regulatory research, and compliance. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Researcher at Wysa, contributing to the revolution of mental health and wellness support.

Before joining Wysa, Vinod worked at Alexandra Health System as a Healthcare Data Analyst, focusing on data analysis and research. Vinod also has a background in IT services, having held positions at DXC Technology as an Advisor-Sales Solution, Principal-Industry Consultant in Big Data & Analytics Consulting, and Sr. Manager- Projects in Healthcare & Life Sciences Delivery.

Earlier in their career, Vinod worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cambridge Technology Enterprises (CTE), Chief of Production at Tata Interactive Systems, and a Management Executive at Mahindra and Mahindra. Vinod began their career as a Sales Engineer at Reliance Petroleum Limited.

Throughout their career, Vinod has demonstrated expertise in various sectors, including healthcare, IT services, and sales.

Vinod Subramanian completed their education in a chronological manner. Vinod started by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat between 1989 and 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Studies (MMS) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Mumbai from 1996 to 1998.

In 2015, Vinod enrolled at Singapore Management University and obtained a Master's degree in IT in Business (MITB) with a focus on Analytics in 2017.

Apart from their formal education, Vinod has also attained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In September 2008, they obtained the ITILV3F certification from the APM Group. In the same year, they also became a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from the same institution. Most recently, in August 2020, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
