Aaron Joshua B. has a long and varied work history. Aaron Joshua began their career in 2008 as an Operations Coordinator for Club Monaco. In 2010, they moved to Mexx as a Visual Merchandiser, and then in 2011, they took on a Digital Marketing Consultant role at Hult International Business School. In 2012, they worked as a Digital Marketing and Content Editor for Zoocasa, Brokerage. Aaron Joshua then moved to emotive. in 2014 as a Digital Marketing Manager. In 2016, they began working at Digital BlueMoon as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Manager, Content and Social at Flight Centre Travel Group. In 2019, they became the Marketing Director at Apollo Applied Research Inc. and in 2020 they Co-Founded Minority Majority. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Senior Marketing Manager at Wysdom.AI.

Aaron Joshua B. received a Masters in Digital Marketing from Hult International Business School in 2012. Aaron Joshua also obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Toronto between 2005 and 2009. In July 2022, they completed the Buyer Persona Masterclass 2.0 certification from the Buyer Persona Institute.
