Kate Viloria has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Kate began their career as a Server at Hakka Village in 2012. In 2014, they joined Indigo as a Customer Experience Representative, a role they held until 2018. In 2015, they worked as an Operations Administrator at the Pan American Games for Impark. In 2017, they were a Transcriptionist for Rev.com and an English Teaching Assistant for Centre international d'études pédagogiques (CIEP). In 2018, they returned to Indigo as a Customer Experience Representative and also worked as an Office Administration Intern for Coalition Music. In 2021, they became a Linguistics Consultant for Winterlight Labs and is currently a Conversational AI Specialist for Wysdom.AI.
Kate Viloria has a diverse educational background. Kate began their studies in 2007 when they completed the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme. Kate continued their studies at the International Baccalaureate, graduating with a Diploma Programme in 2011. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts (St. George Campus) with a major in Linguistics and double minor in French as a Second Language and History. Kate is currently pursuing their Master's Degree in Computational Linguistics at the University of Gothenburg, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
