Ben Kovacs

Ben Kovacs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ben is currently working at Wyvern as a Product Marketing Manager since May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Wyvern starting from December 2022.

Before joining Wyvern, Ben worked at SkyWatch as a Senior Earth Observation Consultant from July 2022 to August 2022. Ben also served as an Account Executive at SkyWatch from September 2019 to June 2022. During their time at SkyWatch, Ben played a crucial role in executing early-stage customer acquisition initiatives, leading to a Series A financing.

Ben Kovacs also worked at Voices.com as an Account Manager from January 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they gained work experience at the University of Waterloo in various roles including Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, Entrepreneur In Residence, and Geospatial Data Analyst from 2017 to 2018.

Furthermore, Ben has worked as a Geomatics Technician at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada from September 2017 to December 2017. Ben also served as a Project Assistant - Geospatial data management at Environment and Climate Change Canada from January 2017 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Project Assistant - Environmental Engineering at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada from May 2016 to August 2016. Ben also gained experience as a Project Assistant - Sustainability development at DIRTT Environmental Solutions from September 2015 to December 2015.

Ben Kovacs started their professional journey as a Computer Science Instructional Support Assistant at the University of Waterloo from January 2015 to April 2015. Ben also gained experience working as an Aquatics Lifeguard & Pool Manager at the City of London, Canada from June 2010 to August 2014.

Ben Kovacs attended the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Environmental studies, Honours Geography & Environmental Management Co-operative program. During their time at the University of Waterloo, they also obtained a Diploma of Canadian Environmental Assessment. In January 2020, Ben Kovacs obtained a Personal Finance Essentials Certificate from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management.
