Philip Kemp

Philip Kemp is currently the President & Chief Operating Officer at X-Bolt Orthopedics, a Dublin-based startup focused on delivering innovative solutions in orthopedic trauma. Philip also works as an Industry Advisor - Healthcare Practice at Silverwood Partners, a specialized investment bank. Prior to their current roles, Philip held various positions at Stryker, including Manager - Advanced Operations and Product Manager. Philip has a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Union College and a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
