Hector Fernandez

Hector Fernandez is an accomplished financial executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at X-Bow Systems Inc. since April 2025, Hector oversees financial strategy, operations, and investor relations. Previously, Hector held the position of Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Paralign Capital Partners from January 2024 to April 2025, specializing in alternative investments and investor relations. Additionally, Hector was recognized as an ECNY National Fellow in 2023 at The Economic Club of New York and served as CFO for Wealth & Global Institutional at U.S. Bank from March 2022 to February 2023. In earlier roles, including CFO at UnitedHealth Group's Optum Specialty / Infusion Pharmacy, Hector demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and financial analysis. Hector holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed an executive education program on accelerating board diversity at Harvard Business School.
