Mark Spoto

Mark Spoto is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate leader with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Razor's Edge Ventures since March 2011, Mark has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth and investment strategies. Additionally, Mark serves on the boards of several prominent companies, including Chairman of HawkEye 360 and a member of the boards for X-Bow Systems Inc., 908 Devices, and Ursa Space Systems, among others. Mark's background also includes significant legal experience as a Partner at Cooley LLP and prior roles at Hunton & Williams and Latham & Watkins. Mark holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
