David Hagerman

David Hagerman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David began their career as a Currency Trader at AIG and Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1989. In 1991, they joined Hamilton Soap and Oil Products as the Financial Controller and COO.

Moving forward, they joined IBM in 1997 and held various financial management roles within their Global Services division, eventually becoming the North America Controller for Outsourcing Services. David then transitioned to Senior Manager roles in Global Services and Corporate FP&A before being appointed as the Global Controller for Software Services. David further advanced to become the Director of Finance for Business Transformation. Hagerman left IBM in 2013.

Following their tenure at IBM, Hagerman joined PAREXEL in 2014 as the Senior Director of Finance. David held this position for three years before joining Charles River Laboratories in 2017.

At Charles River Laboratories, Hagerman served as the Senior Director of Finance in the early stages of their tenure. Later, they took on the role of Executive Director of Finance before being promoted to Corporate Vice President of Finance from 2020 to 2023.

Most recently, Hagerman joined X-Chem, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer in 2023.

David Hagerman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, from the years 1985 to 1989.
