Irene Laguna

Irene Laguna is an experienced professional in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Operations Manager at X-ELIO since January 2022, Irene also holds a position on the board of HR Young Talent by DCH, dedicated to fostering a community for young HR professionals. Irene's previous experience includes roles at Samsung Electronics as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Mobile Division, where strategies for recruiting top talent were developed, and at ALD Automotive as a Senior HR Advisor. With a foundation in psychology and human resources management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Irene has a proven track record of implementing recruitment policies, training programs, and enhancing workplace culture throughout various organizations.
