Robert Reed

Robert Reed has extensive experience in operations and technical support management, currently serving as Operations Manager at X-ISS since February 2023. Previous roles include Technical Support Manager at Genesys from July 2021 to October 2022 and Technical Team Manager at Tek Experts from August 2018 to June 2021. Robert also held the position of IT Consultant at Jason Holding and spent nearly a decade at Rackspace, where responsibilities ranged from Team Manager to Monitoring Admin. Robert's background in computer systems networking includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Hallmark University earned in 2007.
