Kayla Decook

Kayla DeCook is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Global VES Manager, Operations at X-Rite since July 2017. In this role, Kayla crafts and executes the Global Operations VES strategy, enhancing processes and improving key company metrics such as Quality and On-Time Delivery. Previous positions at X-Rite include DBS Leader for Operations, where Kayla developed strategic roadmaps that led to a top finalist nomination for "Most Improved Plant," and Electronics Supply Chain and Operations Supervisor, responsible for a team focused on production efficiency metrics. Kayla's earlier experience includes roles at Michigan State University as a Teacher Assistant and Resident Assistant, along with internships at Hess Corporation, General Motors, and GE Aviation, where Kayla honed skills in logistics, sourcing, and project management.
