David Potter

David Potter has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. David is currently serving as the President and General Counsel at X Social Media LLC since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Business Development at XSocial Media from June 2022.

Before joining XSocial Media, David worked at Case Works, where they held the role of Chief Financial Officer from January 2021 to July 2022. David also served as the Chief Business Development Officer from June 2019 to January 2021.

During their tenure at Kasasa, David held various leadership roles. David was the VP, Regional Director of Sales from January 2018 to June 2019, VP, Executive Client Success Manager from April 2014 to January 2018, and VP, General Manager of Client Success Team from January 2011 to April 2014.

David's earlier experience includes working as a Managing Director, Private Equity at Spinn Capital Partners from November 2008 to January 2011. At Spinn Capital, they were involved in the acquisition and turnaround strategy of distressed micro and small cap companies.

Prior to that, David was a Vice President of Public Finance at Morgan Stanley from October 2004 to November 2008.
