Joanne O’Donnell

Joanne O'Donnell is an experienced legal and regulatory professional with a strong background in compliance and environmental regulations. Currently serving as the Head of the Global Regulatory Compliance Team at Compliance and Risks since May 2011, Joanne leads a team focused on researching and delivering global environmental and product regulations to clients via an online database. Joanne has held multiple leadership roles within the same organization, including Head of the Global Requirements Team and Senior Regulatory and Compliance Specialist. Prior experience includes interim legal counsel at Schneider Electric, in-house legal work at Bio-medical Research Limited, and solicitors' roles at FB Keating & Company and William Fry Solicitors. Joanne began a legal career as an Associate Legal Officer with the United Nations Compensation Commission. Academically, Joanne holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws in Public International Law and a Master’s course in Business and Human Rights, complemented by significant studies in French and legal studies.
