Christian Nguyen

Christian Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of research, specifically in the areas of quantum and scientific research. Christian is currently working as a Senior Research Scientist at SandboxAQ since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at X, the moonshot factory, where they held the roles of Research Scientist and Quantum Resident from June 2021 onwards. Christian also gained experience as a Quantum Resident at Alphabet Inc., working with their Sandbox@Alphabet team from January 2021 to June 2021. Christian started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard University, where they worked from August 2014 to May 2020. During their time at Harvard, Christian also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from August 2019 to December 2019.

Christian Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Physics at Cornell University from 2010 to 2020. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at Harvard University from 2014 to 2020. Their research focused on building quantum networks using diamond nanophotonics.
