Sandesh Manik

Sandesh Manik has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sandesh is currently working as a Hardware Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, where they are part of a stealth early-stage team focused on inventing radical clean energy technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Stanford University School of Engineering as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Researcher. Sandesh also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University School of Medicine. Sandesh also has experience as a Mechanical Engineering Resident at X, the moonshot factory. In addition, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they collaborated with scientists, clinicians, and designers to develop personalized medicine products. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at RoboManipal, where they participated in robotics competitions and taught in workshops.

Sandesh Manik completed their education in a chronological order. From 2001 to 2013, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their CBSE Grade 1 to 12. Sandesh then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechatronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018. Recently, from 2020 to 2022, Sandesh attended Stanford University and obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Engineering Design.
