Kayley Rueger

Kayley Rueger has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at HEI Civil in 2018. Kayley then interned at Novus Biologicals LLC in 2017 and worked as a Lab Technician at SUMMIT SMILES LLC in 2016. In 2020, they worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Novartis Gene Therapies. From 2021 to 2022, Kayley worked as a Manufacturing, Science, and Technology Specialist I at AGC Biologics, where they were responsible for leading activities to transfer Upstream processes to Manufacturing from internal AGC Process Development, as well as performing manufacturability assessments for new process introductions. Currently, they are a Project Manager at X-Vax Technology, Inc., where they are responsible for clearly conveying complex topics, building consensus, providing recommendations, and collaborating with teammates.

Kayley Rueger attended Chaparral High School from 2011 to 2016. Kayley then attended Cornell University from 2016 to 2017, studying Biological/Biosystems Engineering. Finally, they attended Colorado School of Mines from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
