Hugo Rodriguez

Hugo Rodriguez is currently the Head of Public Policy for Latin America at Twitter. Prior to Twitter, they worked for Uber as the Public Policy & Government Relations Manager for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Before Uber, they were the Country Director for Escalera, where they were responsible for overseeing the school construction program. Hugo has also worked as an analyst for the OECD and as the Technical Secretary for GFMD 2010 at the Instituto Nacional de Migración.

Hugo Rodriguez has a MPA from Columbia | SIPA in Public Policy and Management, a BCS from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Political Science, and an MPA from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Public Policy and Management. Hugo also has a certification from Harvard Business School in Management Essentials and certifications from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment.

Hugo Rodriguez reports to Jessica Herrera-Flanigan, VP, Public Policy & Philanthropy, Americas. They are on a team with Fernando Gallo - Senior Manager, Public Policy & Philanthropy, Brazil, Lauren Culbertson - Head of US Public Policy, and Michele Austin - Head of Canada Public Policy & Philanthropy.
