Joshua Brown

Joshua Brown is a seasoned Sr. UX Researcher at Cass since June 2017, specializing in user engagement and the integration of machine learning and AI technologies. Joshua has led impactful experiments resulting in significant improvements in user conversion and satisfaction rates, including a 50% increase in resource offer acceptance. Previous roles include UX Researcher at Cass, where Joshua established key user feedback mechanisms, and a Psychology Consultant/AI Writer, contributing to clinically-proven content that reduced anxiety and depression symptoms. Prior experience as a Recovery Counselor at Thunder Road Adolescent Treatment Center involved supporting clients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues, while an internship at Bonita House Inc. focused on analyzing data to improve client attendance and telehealth access.
