Michiel Rauws

Michiel Rauws is the CEO and founder of X2AI. Prior to X2AI, Rauws was a private equity and M&A at Marsh from February 2013 to September 2013. There, they were responsible for reporting budget mutations to the regional director, creating slide decks for client pitches, and creating content for insurance due diligence reports. Michiel also brought in two new clients through networking. Before Marsh, Rauws was a co-founder at M&V Enterprises from October 2012 to June 2014. At M&V Enterprises, they were responsible for starting up a company that imported a game changing product and outsourcing freelance work. Prior to M&V Enterprises, Rauws worked as a project manager for the IBM Extreme Blue Talent Program at IBM from May 2012 to September 2012. There, they led a multicultural and interdisciplinary team in the optimization of supply chain processes by IT solutions and data analytics. Michiel also conducted strategic analysis of status quo, to be, and implementation scenario’s. Michiel was evaluated as one of the top performers with a high learning curve. Before IBM, Rauws worked as a sales agent at Housing Anywhere from September 2011 to May 2012. Michiel also served as a mentor for exchange students at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from July 2010 to January 2011.

Michiel Rauws has a MSc. in Finance and Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University. Michiel also has a BSc. in International Business Administration from the same school. Michiel has a certification from City University of Hong Kong in MBA course on International Business.
