Jess Carson

Jess Carson is the current Director of Operations at x8 Data Company. Jess has previous experience as an Operations and Project Manager at Upwork, where they were responsible for devising, deploying, and monitoring processes to boost long-term business success and increased profit levels by 10%. Jess also has experience as an internal wholesaler at Capital Group | American Funds. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating communications, tracking and following up on requests, and identifying those of importance which require immediate attention.

Jess Carson graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Jess is also certified by the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 6 and by NASAA in Series 63.

They work with Grace Weghorst - Director of Customer Success, Alex Weghorst - Crowdsourcing Manager. Jess Carson reports to Dustin Weghorst, CEO.
