Paul Brearley

Paul Brearley is a Senior Process Engineer at Xaar since April 2014, focusing on maintenance and yield improvement of established products while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at CIT Technology, where development of a plating process for flexible printed circuit boards was a key responsibility, and as a Senior Site Chemist at Augean PLC, testing solid waste materials for compliance. Brearley's earlier positions include Research Assistant and Quality Control Analyst, along with an undergraduate research internship at Schlumberger. Educated at The University of Manchester, Paul holds an MChem in Chemistry.
