Nichole Rubin

Nichole Rubin has extensive experience in customer success and management roles, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Xactly Corp since December 2014, after progressing through various positions including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager in Storage Sales at Marvell Semiconductor and working as a Bug Tracking System Administrator for multiple customers. Rubin also has a background in athletics, having played professionally for VBC Fribourg and coached as the Head Volleyball Coach at Mountain View Volleyball Club. An early career at Santa Clara University included roles as a Camp Counselor, focusing on skill development and competitive strategy for youth athletes. Nichole Rubin holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Management from Santa Clara University, earned in 2009.
