Josh Price

Josh Price is an accomplished professional in the field of property solutions and risk management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Property Solutions - Flood at Xactus since June 2022. Price is also the President and Founder of MassiveCert, Inc. since July 2015, and was a Principal and coFounder at ExaSpatial Risk Management from November 2014 to July 2015. Prior experience includes serving as IT Systems Lead at STARR, where contributions were directed towards supporting FEMA's Risk MAP flood hazard program, and holding roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior GIS Analyst at Atkins from 2001 to November 2014. Josh Price holds a Master’s degree in Forest Soil from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Virginia Tech.
