Matthew Heideman

Matthew Heideman has a long and varied work experience. Matthew began their career in 1998 as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Lakeover National Golf Club. In 1999, they joined TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter, eventually becoming an Account Manager and then a Business Development Manager. In 2005, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Business Development Manager. In 2007, they joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Program Manager and Business Development Lead. In 2011, they joined IBM as a DoD Business Sales & Delivery Executive. In 2019, they joined Red Hat as a Strategic Account Executive. In 2021, they became the Business Owner of Edge Hill Consulting LLC and also joined D2iQ as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Xage Security as the Vice President US Federal.

Matthew Heideman received a Bachelors of Science in Plant Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1994 and 1998, and an Associates in Botany/Plant Biology from the same university between 1994 and 1996. Heideman also holds certifications from IBM, including Government Insights & Solutions (Gold) obtained in January 2019, Cloud and Cognitive Patterns obtained in September 2017, and IBM Sales Certification.
