Phil Pereira

Business Development at Xage Security

Phil Pereira has over 18 years of work experience in business development and account management. Phil began their career in 2001 as a Sales Executive at Avaya. In 2002, they joined Enterasys Networks as an Account Manager and was the highest performing account executive in Asia-Pacific. In 2006, they became the National Sales Manager at IPL Communications, where they managed the Siemens product division and Channel Partners. From 2008 to 2010, they were an Account Manager for Pacnet, where they developed a pipeline to support US$29k per quarter new business and achieved a pipeline grown to 10 times target. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Account Manager at Balanced Ergonomics, responsible for client engagement, pipeline creation and development. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Business Development Director at TransAccel and Business Development at Xage Security. Additionally, in 2018 they were a Senior Business Development Manager ANZ at Virtual Forge.

Phil Pereira completed their MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) between 1998 and 2000. Prior to this, they obtained a BE (Elect) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UNSW between 1989 and 1993.
