Yongchao Zhou

Yongchao Zhou is currently a Member of the Technical Staff at xAI, having transitioned from a role as a Student Researcher at Google DeepMind. Prior to this, Yongchao was engaged as a Student Researcher at Google and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Yongchao's earlier experience includes an Applied Machine Learning Internship at Vector Institute, a Research Internship at Deep Genomics, and a Student Researcher position at Vector Institute. Yongchao pursued education at the University of Toronto, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with a focus on Machine Intelligence and is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science.
