Elchin Mirzazada

Elchin Mirzazada has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. From 2011 to the present, they served at Xalq Bank, initially as a Credit Specialist and later as the Chief Specialist and then as the Head of the Loan Monitoring division. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Loan Product and Analysis of Business Processes Division at Xalq Bank, where they are responsible for creating new loan and credit products and improving existing ones. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Elchin worked at NIKOIL Bank as a Group Manager and later as a Branch Manager. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Parabank OJSC, holding various positions such as Credit Specialist, Deputy Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. Overall, Elchin Mirzazada has a strong background in the banking industry with proven expertise in loan product development, business process analysis, and credit monitoring.

Elchin Mirzazada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Regulation of Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics • UNEC in 2004. Elchin then pursued a Master's degree in Regulation of Economics from the same university, completing it in 2006. In addition to their formal education, Elchin has also acquired several certifications, including an IELTS-Overall 8.0 from IDP Education Ltd, a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Duke Corporate Education, and they were recognized as a winner in the Yüksəliş Müsabiqəsi in 2021.
