Ashwini Khalkho has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Senior System Officer at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited until 1997. ashwini then moved on to Tata Infotech, where they worked as a Sr. System Analyst from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined US Technology as a Project Manager until 2003. Following that, they worked at First Consulting Group as a Sr. Engineering Manager from 2003 to 2006. In the same year, they took on the role of VP Operations at JBA International for a brief period. Finally, they joined Xalted Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 as a Sr. Program Manager for Development and Implementation.

Ashwini Khalkho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Sambalpur University in 1992. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
