Dora Hroneva

Dora Hroneva has over a decade of work experience. Dora began their career in 2007 as a Contact Center Senior Agent for Sofica Group. Dora then moved up to Contact Center Team Leader, Contact Center Supervisor, and Site Manager. In 2014, they joined Sofica Group, a TeleTech Company, as a Service Delivery Manager. In 2016, they moved to TeleTech as a Quality Manager. Most recently, they have been the Director of European Operations and Operations Manager Europe for XAmplifier since 2019.

Dora Hroneva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the New Bulgarian University between 2008 and 2012.
