Carlos Roman

Carlos Roman is the Advisor at xAmplify. Carlos has over 20 years of experience in partner marketing and programs, GTM strategy, P&L management, and sales acceleration.

Roman began their career at Box where they were the Senior Director, World Wide Partner Marketing and Programs. In this role, they were responsible for creating and driving sourced and influenced pipeline with partners. Carlos also accountable and responsible for a global pipeline target with partners of all types and consistently delivered on quarterly influenced pipeline targets. Roman built a new Partner Marketing function and team from the ground up, including responsibility for GTM strategy, partner alignment & focus, recruitment and development of a new team, enablement programs, dashboards, processes, and more. Carlos executed marketing activities such as regional events, national partner events, webinars, digital syndication & more.

After Box, Roman became the Advisor at xAmplify where they use their experience to help others achieve their goals.

Carlos Roman received their BS in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and their MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
